When I was 9 years old I was in a car accident made medical history when I broke my neck (c1 & c2 vertebrates) I also had a cut heal with a head injury with. <br /><br />I’m not paralyze and I walk and talk like anyone else. I had 2 operations that failed at witch time I was in an halo brace twice and a body cast once and many other types of braces. <br /><br />My parents decided to move to CA were I had a successful operation. I was refereed to a neurologist and then referred me to have therapy. <br /><br />I was under therapy 3 times a week with Gerry Bradley. State farm requested an neurological report and billed state farm 2000 they claim it was unreasonable charges and paid her half of what she asked. <br /><br />Six months before I turned 18 state farm Asked Dr Sbodone to test me and paid him around 5000 dollars and in 2 weeks he was paid with no questions ask. <br /><br />I want to help other people to fight against state farm. I am also asking you to help me as well as others. I am looking for anyone with medical skills, Attorneys, Web Masters. Instructors that knows about the wisc testing.
